Why can't I use my Casino bonus?

If your bonus is active but you are unable to use it, please check the following:

  • Cash First Rule: Remember, you must use your full Cash Balance before the system switches to the Bonus Balance.

  • Conflicting Bonuses: Ensure no other active bonuses are interfering. When logged in, select menu on the top right corner and go to Bonus Info to see if an old bonus is still active.

If the issue continues, try these quick troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out and back into your account.

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • Try a different browser or device (Chrome is recommended for best performance).
