Account Closure & Reopening

Learn how to permanently close your account, use responsible gaming tools like Self-Exclusion, or understand why an account might be locked.

How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your account permanently, you can do so directly in your settings:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Menu → Gaming Limits → Close Account.

Taking a break: Time-Out vs. Self-Exclusion

If you want to stop playing temporarily, you can choose between a short break or a longer exclusion:

  • Time-Out (Short Break): Close your account for 24 hours or 7 days.

  • Self-Exclusion (Longer Break): Close your account for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely.

During these periods, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. To apply these, go to Menu → Gaming Limits → Self-Exclusion.

Reopening your account

The reopening process depends on how the account was closed:

  • Time-Out: Your account will reopen automatically once the 24-hour or 7-day period expires. It cannot be reopened before the selected period ends.

  • Self-Exclusion: Your account will remain closed until you personally request to lift the restriction.

  • Other Closures: If we closed your account for security, verification, or inactivity, you can request to have your account reopened. Please note that if your personal data has been deleted, you will not be able to open a new account.

Why is my account closed?

We may close accounts for your protection or due to regulatory requirements, including:

  • Verification requirements (KYC).

  • Security checks or multiple failed login attempts.

  • Account inactivity.

Note: We usually send an email explaining the specific reason. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from us.
