How to cancel a withdrawal yourself
If your withdrawal is still under review, you can stop it:
Go to your pending withdrawal request.
Select Cancel.
The funds will immediately return to your account balance.
Tip: If the balance doesn't update, log out and log back in.
Important: Once a withdrawal enters the "Processing" stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
Why was my withdrawal cancelled by the system?
If your withdrawal was cancelled by the system, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Wagering Requirements: Your deposited funds were not wagered at least twice (2x) as per our Terms & Conditions.
Verification Issues: Your account verification is incomplete or documents expired.
Payment Mismatches: The payment details entered did not match your registered account information.
Method Conflict: You attempted to withdraw to a method different from your deposit method.
How to prevent cancellations
To prevent unexpected delays or cancellations to your withdrawals, please check the following:
Always check your Transaction History to ensure you have met wagering requirements.
Use the same payment method you used for deposits. (Card withdrawals are redirected to bank transfer, so make sure your bank details are correct.)
Ensure your Account Verification is 100% complete.
Double-check that your bank or e-wallet details are correct.
If you’ve met all the requirements but still need assistance, our team will be happy to take a closer look.
