How do I deposit or withdraw poker winnings?

  • To Deposit: You can use the standard Cashier Page, or click Deposit at the bottom of the Poker page. All our supported payment methods are available.

  • To Withdraw: Your winnings are credited as real cash. You can withdraw them anytime via your account’s standard withdrawal process.

What is a "Cash Game" vs. a "Tournament"?

  • Cash Games: You can join or leave at any time. You play with chips that represent your actual real-money balance.

  • Tournaments: These have a fixed buy-in and a set start time. Players are eliminated until a winner is found or prizes are awarded based on finishing positions.

What is Rake?

Rake is a small fee taken by the house to facilitate the game.

  • In Cash Games: A small percentage is taken from the pot if the hand reaches the "flop."

  • In Tournaments: Rake is a fixed percentage included in your entry fee.

How does Rakeback work?

Rakeback is a way for us to give back a portion of the fees you pay.

  • The Offer: All players currently receive 50% Rakeback every week.

  • Payout Day: Rakeback is automatically credited to your cash balance every Monday (usually in the afternoon or evening CET).

  • Tracking: To see what you are owed, go to Cashier > History > Rakeback.
