What are the wagering requirements for the Sports bonus?
The Sports bonus must be wagered 5 times before it can be withdrawn. To complete the wagering requirement:
Bets must be singles or combo bets
Minimum odds of 1.50 per bet
A minimum of 5 separate bets must be placed
The maximum amount you can convert to cash is 10x your initial bonus amount
Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited
Example: If you deposit €100 and receive a €150 Sports bonus, you need to wager €750 in total (€150 x 5) to complete the requirement. The maximum you can withdraw from this bonus is €1,500 (€150 x 10).
What are the wagering requirements for the Casino bonus?
The Casino bonus must be wagered 30 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
Example: If you deposit €100 and receive a €150 Casino bonus, you need to wager €4,500 in total (€150 x 30) to unlock it as withdrawable cash.
How does the Sports Free Bet work?
When you choose the Sports bonus on your first or second deposit, you also receive a Free Bet worth 20% of your deposit, up to €50. Here is what you need to know:
Can be used on any sport and any bet type
Valid at odds between 1.00 and 10,000
The Free Bet can be cashed out
Winnings from the Free Bet are paid in cash, minus the Free Bet stake
Must be used in full — it cannot be split into smaller bets
Valid for 30 days from the date it is credited
Where are my Free Spins and which game are they on?
Free Spins are credited when you choose the Casino bonus. All 100 Free Spins are for Gates of Olympus 1000, each valued at €0.20. Check your account after your deposit is processed for your Free Spins to appear.
I deposited in HUF or NOK — how does this work?
The Welcome Offer bonus amounts are calculated in euros. If your account uses a different currency, the following conversion rates apply:

So for example, the €500 maximum bonus is equivalent to 200,000 HUF or 5,500 NOK, and the €10 minimum deposit is equivalent to 4,000 HUF or 110 NOK.
Troubleshooting
I made a deposit but did not receive my bonus. What should I do?
Your bonus should be credited automatically after your qualifying deposit is processed. If it has not appeared, check the following:
Your deposit met the €10 minimum (or currency equivalent)
You are not based in Finland, as the offer is not available there
This was your first or second deposit — the offer does not apply to subsequent deposits
You selected the correct bonus at the time of deposit
If all of the above apply and your bonus has still not been credited, please contact our customer support team.
I chose the wrong bonus on my deposit. Can it be changed?
Once a bonus has been selected and credited, it cannot be swapped. If you believe there has been an error, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and they will review your case.
I have not completed my wagering requirement in time. What happens?
Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. If the requirement is not met within this time, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire. Unfortunately this cannot be extended, so we recommend placing qualifying bets as soon as possible after receiving your bonus.
My Free Bet or Free Spins have disappeared. What should I do?
Free Bets and Free Spins are valid for 30 days from the date they are credited. If they have disappeared before this time, please contact our customer support team with details of your deposit so they can investigate.
