How to make a deposit
To add funds to your account:
When logged into your account, go to Menu on the top right of your page → Deposit.
Choose your preferred payment method from the available options.
Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
Follow the security steps and confirm the transaction.
Available Payment Methods, Fees, and Limits
All details regarding your specific account are dynamic and can be viewed directly on the site:
Payment Methods: When logged into your account, go to the Deposit page, on the top right of your screen. If a specific method isn't shown, it is currently unavailable.
Fees: Most deposits are free, but if a fee applies to a specific provider, it will be clearly displayed on the Deposit page before you confirm the transaction. We also recommend you check with the payment method provider for any handling fees.
Min/Max Amounts: You can view the exact minimum and maximum limits for each method on the Deposit page.
Processing Times
Standard: Most deposits are processed instantly.
Bank Deposits: These may take up to 6 hours on weekdays and up to 12 hours on weekends or holidays.
Pending Status: If your deposit says "Pending," it is being settled by the payment network. Please do not attempt the deposit again immediately, as this may result in a duplicate charge. This generally completes within 24 hours. Once completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
If your deposit remains pending for over six hours, verify your payment confirmation and ensure that you used the correct and current bank details. Then, contact our support team with the deposit proof for assistance.
Important Security Rules
Third-Party Payments: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Per our Terms & Conditions, third-party payments are not accepted. If detected, our team will require documentation to verify ownership and ensure account security.
CVV/CVC2/CID: This is the 3 or 4-digit security code used to verify your card. It is usually on the back (or front for specific cards). If not visible on your physical card, check your banking app.
Statement Descriptors: Charges may appear on your bank statement under the name of our payment service provider rather than our website name.
Currency Conversion: In some cases, the currency on your statement may differ if the provider processes the transaction in another currency and applies an exchange rate.
Correct Payment Details: Always ensure you are using the most current bank details provided on the deposit page. Transactions made to outdated bank accounts may not be processed correctly.
Troubleshooting Deposit Issues
If you're facing issues with deposits not showing in your account, follow these steps for resolution:
Review Deposit Confirmation: Check your payment provider’s confirmation to ensure the deposit was successful.
Verify Bank Details: Confirm that the bank account details used are the current ones listed on the deposit page.
Allow Processing Time: Wait up to six hours for the deposit to reflect in your account. If the issue persists, contact the our support team with proof of deposit, including transaction ID and payment confirmation screenshots.
