Your account information includes your personal details and contact information linked to your profile.

Select Personal Details to review or edit your information
You’ll see the information currently registered on your account.
Updating your contact details
Because contact details are used to confirm account ownership, not all changes can be made directly.
Some updates require a manual review to ensure your account remains protected.
Changing your email address
For security reasons, email address changes cannot be completed directly from your account.
How to request an email address change
How to request an email address change
To update your email address, send an email from your new address and include the information below so ownership can be confirmed:
Your current email address
A valid ID document (front and back)
A selfie holding your ID
Your date of birth
Your postcode
The last payment method used on the account
Once all details are reviewed and verified, the email address linked to your account can be updated.
This process helps prevent unauthorized changes to sensitive account information.
Checking your current number
To see the phone number currently registered to your account, log in and navigate to Account Details > Personal Details.
How to update your number
For security reasons, phone numbers cannot be updated manually in your profile or via live chat. To request a change, please follow these steps:
Compose an email from the email address currently registered to your account.
Send the request to our support team.
Include your new phone number and a brief request to update it.
Why do I need to email? This process ensures the request is coming directly from the account owner. Once our team has reviewed your request, we will provide an update via email.

Residential address updates are available from your account settings, unless verification is currently in progress.

Go to Account Details → Personal Details
Enter your new residential address
Select Save Changes
If the address field is unavailable, your account is undergoing verification.
In this case, your existing address must be confirmed before any changes can be made.
Once verification is completed, the address field will be unlocked.
Managing your communication preferences
You can decide whether or not you receive promotional and marketing emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails
Go to Account Details → Subscriptions
Select “I do not wish to be contacted about any offers and promotions”
Save your settings
Your preference will be applied immediately.
